Eastern Creek Quarter Stage 3A ASPL3 and ASPL1 Works

Project Overview

Contract Value: $5 million
Location: Rooty Hill Road, Eastern Creek, NSW 2766

Discipline: HV and Substation Works

Currently under construction, ECQ Outlet, a single story retail factory outlet adjacent to an operational retail centre compromising of 101 retail tenancies located within a single large shopping centre extension with both basement and on-grade parking including a multi-purpose outdoor area for recreation and dining.

Ferrycarrig Scope of Work

Ferrycarrig have been engaged to complete the High Voltage Works and associated works for the Eastern Creek Quarter Stage 3A (ECQ3) project located on 141 Rooty Hill Road South, Eastern Creek NSW 2766.

• Potholing Investigation
• Excavation and Installation of New Conduits
• Installation of 11kv Cables Including Underbores
• Geotechnical Investigation – Bore Holes
• Installation of Substation and Switch Station
• Cable Pulling

Key Challenges

This project will involve interaction with pedestrians, residents and local vehicle traffic. The key challenges will be working in sequence to coordinate the works to minimise the impact on the local community. We will aim to minimize the impact of the works on the electricity supply during planned interruptions will be key to the projects effective delivery.
