Ferrycarrig is currently overseeing the design and construction of the following: 2km of 11 kV feeder route, 500m of undergrounding and relocations, installation of streetlights and smart poles, relocation of gas and communications infrastructure, as well as connections for potable water and sewer. Additionally, the project includes the extension of 7 stormwater culverts into the harbour, totaling 160m of new reinforced concrete box culverts, the construction of 200m of new seawall and revetments, roadworks to upgrade 350m of existing Bridge Road, and the construction of 2 new signalized intersections.

The new Sydney Fish Market development, situated in the heart of Blackwattle Bay, aims to enhance and expand upon the functions of the existing market. Designed to achieve excellence in design, functionality, and environmental sustainability, the project will introduce a range of features. These include retail and food and beverage premises, wholesale facilities, auction rooms, offices, commercial spaces, and the renowned Sydney Seafood School.

Additionally, the development will incorporate essential back-of-house facilities such as parking spaces for cars, trucks, and coaches. Furthermore, the project entails the construction of a new foreshore promenade and wharves. The purpose-built facility will boast state-of-the-art back-of-house plant and cutting-edge recycling and waste management facilities.

The civil scope of works includes the following:

• Design and construction 11kv feeder from Camperdown to Glebe
  (2km route)
• Ausgrid relocations along Bridge Road: Design and construction of 500m of undergrounding and relocations, streetlights, and smart poles
• Gas and communications relocations on Bridge Road, Glebe
• Potable water and sewer connections
• Extension of seven Sydney Water stormwater culverts into the harbour
  totalling 160m of new reinforced concrete box culverts
• Piling activities & associated works involving the removal of timber piles and the installation / alteration of new piles
• Sea Wall Construction: Construction of 120 metres of new sea wall and revetements (approx. 30,000t of rock)
• Roadworks to upgrade 350m of existing RMS road along Bridge Road and the construction of 2 new signalised intersections
